Healthy Solutions, MD was formed to address the national pandemic of weight gain in America today. By creating a safe, effective weight loss system to address each person's weight loss goals and issues on an individual level, our goal is to make a difference among all of us who struggle with our weight.
We offer a variety of weight control services in the Northeast Ohio area including a personalized diet plan as well as other tools used to meet your goal weight every month. Our team comprised of board-certified doctors, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered dietitians will help you learn about portion control, how to curb emotional eating, improve food choices, and use exercise to achieve and maintain your goal weight.

Denise (Smith) Marsh M.B.A.
Denise Marsh M.B.A. earned her BS, in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University in 1986. Denise earned her MBA (Finance) from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 1992.
Gerald Marsh PhD, MS, CRNA
Gerald Marsh, PhD, MS, CRNA attended Drew University, School of Anesthesia in Wilmington, CA. Dr. Marsh completed his anesthesia training at Martin Luther King Jr. General Hospital in Wilmington CA. With over 30 years of experience practicing anesthesia in a variety of outlets including hospitals, surgery centers, dental offices, and plastic surgery centers, administering general, LMA, intravenous and spinal anesthesia Dr. Marsh can confidently say that he has seen a majority of the circumstances that come into play while performing anesthesia. Add to it his PhD in Pharmacology and this seasoned vet is an expert in dosing and administering anesthesia. With extensive experience using Ketamine in the anesthesia community, Dr. Marsh is well-versed in its ability to help those with chronic depression, anxiety, and pain.
Edwina Simmons, MD
After earning her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT, Edwina Simmons, M.D. completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at MetroHealth Medical Center/University Hospitals. With over 30 years of experience in women's medical issues, Dr. Simmons has gained significant expertise in Hormone Replacement Therapy. She is dedicated to working with each patient to determine their specific wellness goals and find solutions that work best for them.
